Currently, we only ship across Canada and USA. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

Orders placed internationally (outside Canada), may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations. We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range up to 30% of the total cost of goods. If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.

It depends on where you are. Orders within North America will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

For best results, dentists recommend that you replace your toothbrush every 2-3 months. Hence, we've offered our toothbrushes in packs of 4 so you can enjoy a year's supply with one purchase.

All our product packaging is 100% plastic-free. We use kraft paper boxes and packaging tape that are both eco-friendly, recyclable and biodegradable. The tissues within the boxes are completely acid free and FSC Certified.

We strive to reach that 100% mark in every product we offer. All our products are chemical-free, BPA-free, and made from natural materials. At the moment, our entire collection is 100% plastic-free except for our toothbrushes, they are 97% plastic-free (the bristles are made of BPA-Free nylon). We are actively working towards finding a 100% plastic-free vegan toothbrush.

Yes it is. Our bamboo is made from FSC certified Moso Bamboo, which is grown away from the Panda natural habitat. Pandas feed on over 42 bamboo species, but thanks to its altitude, Moso Bamboo is not recognized as food by panda bears.
